Design & Development
Fabrics and Clothes Manufacturing Segment
Design development starts with shared trend planning, moves through selected design renderings, and turns approved directions into first samples for client review.
Design & Development Workflow
Based on the first page of the material deck: trend research, design sketching, client selection, initial development, and sample making.

01
Client Collaboration & Trend Research & Planning
We work together with the client's team to analyze the next season's fashion trends, develop a shared planning brief, and define key colors, fabrics, silhouettes, prints, and core design elements.

02
Design Sketching & Client Selection
Based on the planning brief, our design team explores creative directions and produces a range of color design renderings. The client then selects representative styles for further development.

03
Initial Development & Sample Making
We source and procure suitable fabrics and accessories, then create initial prototypes according to the design drawings and tech packs. These samples are sent to the client for approval, including checks on material quality, fit, and silhouette/construction design.
Development Materials
From inspiration boards to technical construction
The first-page material deck shows how trend references, design renderings, sample sketches, and construction line drawings move through one connected development workflow.
